内へ分け入る

When it doesn't work well

目の前の現実へ

taking actions towards outside world,

アクションを起こしてもうまく行かない時。

then it's about time to go into ourselves 

きっとそろそろ自分自身の中へ分け入って、

and find and accept our pain

そこにずっとあった痛みを見つけ出し

that has resided there,

痛みがある事を受け入れ、

forgive yourself,

自分をゆるし、

and let go.

その痛みを手放す時。

There always is a way.

道は必ず開ける。

The new beginnings start out from within,

新たな始まりは私達の内から生まれ、

then  our reality

現実や

or who we interact with

どの様な人々と関わっていくかは

can change accordingly.

その内面の変化に沿って変化していく。

In cases like there is someone

who is energetically invading your boundaries,
